Limnonectes finchi
Habitat
Tropical moist lowland forest
Range
Endemic to Sabah, possibly adjacent Kalimantan
Finch's wart frog is a frog in the family Dicroglossidae, endemic to Sabah, Malaysia, though it might occur in adjacent Kalimantan. Its natural habitat is tropical moist lowland forest, and the main potential threat is forest conversion to oil palm plantations. It shows some parental care: male frogs guard eggs and carry the tadpoles (Wikipedia, general species account).
