The Borneo splash frog, or green-spotted rock frog, is a semi-aquatic frog in the true frog family Ranidae. This diurnal and crepuscular frog is closely associated with its relative Staurois parvus, the Borneo rock frog, and many authors do not consider the two taxonomically separate. It is commonly found within the tropical rainforest (Wikipedia, general species account).
