The Indochinese roller, or Burmese roller, is a roller found widely from Nepal and eastern India to Myanmar and Southeast Asia. It is a stocky bird. The crown and vent are blue, the primaries deep purplish blue with a band of pale blue, and the tail sky blue with a terminal band of Prussian blue and dull green central feathers. The neck and throat are purplish lilac with white shaft streaks, the face and breast purplish brown and unstreaked, and the underwing coverts deep blue; the bare patch around the eye is ochre (Wikipedia, general species account).
Rollers have a long, compressed bill with a curved upper edge and hooked tip, and the three forward toes are united at the base. The cached account gives no measurements, diet or breeding information (Wikipedia, general species account).
