Chalconota Frog

Chalcorana chalconota is a true frog in the family Ranidae, endemic to Indonesia, occurring in southern Sumatra, Java, Bali and a few smaller islands. Populations previously assigned to this species now belong to a number of other Chalcorana species, so its range is now much narrower; its Malaysian listing should be checked. It is also known as Schlegel's frog or the brown stream frog (Wikipedia, general species account).
